- To take care of all affairs of Korean Kitchen
- Make sure that meal is prepared and served on time in professional manner
- Make sure all necessities of Korean kitchen are available round the clock
- Make sure that inventory Korean cook able is being maintained professionally
- To make sure that the kitchen, surface walls and Korean dining room is clean round the clock
- To make sure that cooking stuff purchased under consolation with Admin department is of superior quality while ensuring cost-effectiveness
- To make sure that crockery used in cooking/ serving is washed without any delay
- To make sure that refrigerators and other electronic appliances in Korean kitchen are cleaned regularly and are in workable conditions
- To make sure that exhaust fans available in kitchen are used properly
