| Job Description: |
- Prepare wages of daily wagers and piece-rated staff.
- Create Vouchers for transactions; Journal, Cash, Bank and Sale.
- Follow Up with Procurement for timely Purchase Cash Recovery and entry in the system.
- Reconcile Purchase Ledgers and liaison with Procurement for timely recovery.
- Reconcile WHT Ledger
- Prepare various Reports
- Visit the Bank for coordination.
- Ensure timely bank reconciliation
- Ensure timely deposit of Fixed Payments in Bank
- Cash Handling in absence of a Cashier
