This is an exciting career opportunity for the females, responsible to provide First-class customer services and working in an energetic and challenge-oriented environment. The responsibilities include:

• Act as an ambassador of the outlet to ensure guest satisfaction in a proper manner 


• Meet and Greet customers


• Ability to take orders, provide valuable suggestions, and discuss details with customers while placing an order


• Achieve performance standards in delivering consistent and quality customer service


• Investigate, reply and follow up on guests’ complaints and ensure all cases are handled promptly, accurately, and professionally


• Collect feedback and reflect customer needs and expectations


• Interacting with guests so as to build up and maintain a harmonious relationship


• Comply with all service requirements as well as guidelines and operating procedures.


• Support and assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Self-initiative, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility


• Service-oriented, pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.


• Considerable knowledge of guest service principles, practices, and attitude


• Willing to work on shifts and during weekends and public holidays


• Good command of both written and spoken English & Urdu
