| Job Description: |
- Collating and analysing operations data to develop and implement improvements
- Maintaining operations policies and procedures to reflect best practice
- Co-ordinating and delivering projects to develop and improve operating processes including working with suppliers
- Developing and implementing prototype IT solutions to drive operational efficiencies
- Delivery and management of operations projects as directed by the Service Manager
- Maintain the effective weekly delivery of operations tasks
- Work with the Service Manager to develop IT solutions to track, monitor and manage service delivery
- Accurate updating and filing of electronic records
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish tasks where required
- Continually striving to drive improvements in the operation
- The maintenance of confidentiality of all information unless otherwise permitted by management
- Full compliance with company’s vision, values, policies and procedures
- Compliance with legislation and GSCC Code of Conduct as reflected in company procedures
- Undergo training and professional development as directed by the company
- Work in a manner that promotes team work and a collegial environment
- Active and positive promotion of the company’s image and brand
- Other duties that may be assigned by management
