Job Description:

A non-profit organization, based in Bahria Town Islamabad and operations all over the country, is seeking the services of an efficient person to contribute to and support the Operations Department:

The position will be reporting to Manager Operations; the specific job responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Establish and maintain credible, professional relationships with clients, internal business departments, and external vendors.
  • Ensure efficient and timely procurement of services, supplies and distribution of goods to head office & other field offices.
  • Track vendor pricing, rebates and service levels. Create documentations necessary for the acquisition of materials and services.
  • Ensure office is equipped with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Carry out administrative duties including filing, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  • Maintaining a positive relation with all other departments and act as focal point for administrative unit.
  • Coordinate with Accounts Department and ensure on-time payments.
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Organize travel and accommodation arrangements for office staff by air/road
  • Verify assets bi-annually, and ensure proper asset tagging system.
  • Maintain digital and manual filing systems
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Prepares and organize meetings, events, and workshops. Document events, meetings, workshops and seminars for all the projects
  • Works closely with management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the company are being properly executed in accordance to regulatory-based best practices.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

  • An operations Coordinator role is well suited to candidates aged 28-35 years and with the below qualification:
  • BBA / MBA Marketing Management with 06-08 years of relevant work experience (Experience in the Development Sector will be preferred)
  • The position needs to be filled on an urgent basis that may be filled before the closing date, viz., May 29, 2022 Market competitive salary package commensurate with qualification and experience will be offered.
