| Job Description: |
We are looking for an experienced and talented Male Customer Support Manager / CSR for a US-based company who has good communication skills for our night shift.
- The candidate should be hard-working, dedicated, and self-motivated.
- Must have experience in some support software like Zoho desk, live chat, Zen desk, etc.
- A good salary package is waiting for the right deserving candidate.
Skills Required:
- Strong US English communication skills
- Proficient in relevant computer applications (Internet Browsers, MS Excel, and Word)
- Ethical Professional and data organizational Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in a call center environment
- Knowledge of IT & Technical Roles and Skills is a great plus
Prospective candidates must have:
- Good English language skills
- Must have experience in some support software like Zoho desk, live chat, Zen desk, etc.
- Preferably Good typing skills.
- Ability to use Computers, Internet, Ms Word etc.
- Sales experience preferred, with demonstrated success in an inside sales role.
- Preferably one year of experience working in the call Centre industry.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer services skills
Note:
- Flexible to work in NightShift (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM)
- Monday to Friday Only
- Comfortable and Safe working environment
