| Job Description: |
- Experience of 1 - 2 years.
- Acceptable knowledge of Accounting software like Quickbooks desktop & Online versions.
- Assisting Finance team with their tasks relating to accounting.
- Recordkeeping / Scanning, Filing, and maintaining records in soft & hardcopy.
- Assistance & consolidating role between finance & other departments for matters related to billing & payments for other projects.
- Errand runs related to bank/ billing matters.
- Receiving completed expense requisitions from other departments of the company and having them included in the weekly payment cycle.
- Bank Deposits / Cheque & Payment disbursements
- Any other support work required by the role
