We are an Ecommerce Company selling various products with multiple different brands and online shops around the globe.   We are looking to grow our team by hiring an (Junior) E-commerce online Shop Manager / Administrator.   We are a small team so you would be given responsibility and a broad range of tasks from day one. This is a great opportunity to grow and develop your skill sets.   Being well organised and reliable is very important, as well as being fluent in English. Work is completely online and location independent.     In this role, you will act as the online Store Manager for multiple stores, making sure the front and back-end of the store are working optimally, that the store is well-stocked, and that customers are happy, well informed and keep coming back.   You will be working on making the store look awesome and increase the conversion rate. You are a Doer and Project Manager.    

Key duties:

• Online Shop (Shopify) Creation, Management and Administration
• Online Shop Maintenance (add new products, make sure the description is correct, etc)
• Conversion Rate Optimization
• Managing suppliers and contractors
• Creating Sales Reports
• Order Fulfillment

    Requirements;

• 40h/week
• Able to use Slack, Zoom video calls, Clickup and GoogleDrive
• Experience in an ecommerce environment is a bonus
• Shopify experience is a bonus
• Any other ecommerce/landing page builder is a bonus
• Fluent in English
• You have a Laptop/Computer
• Communicate regularly
• Core work during European business hours
• University degree is a bonus (but not a must)
• Willingnes to learn
