| Job Description: |
- Providing best standards of customer services to walk in clients
- Coordinating meetings of clients with Branch Manager sales
- Handling all administrative tasks of the Branch
- Handling receipts for new bookings as per set guidelines
- Handling Customer Information Forms for client data
- Handling Cash/Cheques/PO as per set guidelines
- Coordinating with Head Office for Legal Agreements
- Reporting to Head Office for Daily closing reports
- Coordinating with Head Office for documentation/cash movement
- Ensure all marketing material is available for client’s information
- Reporting to Branch Manager on daily basis.
