| Job Description: |
- Ensure that protocols are strictly followed and implemented.
- Take the anthropometric measurements and record in the Benazir Nashonuma booklets properly.
- Ensure that all the anthropometric equipment’s are in working condition
- Analyse deeply the health and nutrition evolution of each beneficiary and ensure through the compliance coordinator if any case of SAM, MAM and Acute Malnourished PLWs identified for proper referral refer the case to the health facility in case of need for additional treatment.
- Deliver the SBCC session to the registered beneficiaries as desired with help of the video documentary on ANC, PNC, MIYCF child vaccination and use of provided specialized nutritious food -supplements
- Play the video on LCD and ensure with support of the centre coordinator that back up is available.
- Participate to the forecasting and provision of the nutrition products, systematic treatment and other supplies for each site in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper, clear and accurate data recording on clinical registration book and nutrition cards.
- Participate to the demonstration of the preparation of the ration for each new admission.
- Ensure that all program materials are well maintained.
- Check the hygiene and strictly follow the covid-19 sops/guidelines during the nutritional assessments and SBCC session.
- Complete and submit to the Field Nutrition Coordinator the relevant weekly and monthly reports for the TSFP activities.
- Make sure reports are accurate and complete.
- One to One and group tailored MIYCF counselling sessions to all mothers with children under 24 months.
- Perform appropriate assessments of IYCF needs and malpractices and do analysis and come up with clear recommendations.
- ToRs not limited to the IYCF Councillor, but staff shall also be trained in the other tasks i.e., registration and compliance duties as well
- Perform the field duties with the team of social organizers whenever required
