Job Description:

• Provide guidance and assist local and overseas pilgrims in purchasing Umrah packages under the best terms and rates.

• Perform comparative market analysis.

• Prepare necessary paperwork.

• Remain knowledgeable about the Umrah market and policies.

• Establish/develop and maintain a client database including regular contact and follow-up with all clients.

• Responsible for issuing booking reservations and receipt of payments.

• Answer clients' questions regarding policies and the latest updates

• Arrange online meetings for B2B & B2C clients for onboarding & portal training

• Manage Response time to the leads assigned

• Lead Sourcing through personal channels & existing clients

•The flexibility of working extra hours.

•Follow company processes and guidelines.
