Shift Timings - Flexible/Rotating(morning, evening, night)
Qualifications - ACCA Affiliate/Part-Qualified or any other professional certification in finance
Experience - Fresh - 1-2 years in case of part-qualified
Department - Finance
Duties
1) Managing the billing department, Creating Invoices and sending to customers, coordinating with other departments and/or customers for payments/invoices related queries
2)Recording of financial data into ERP, extracting and working on financial reports
3)Helping and assisting in the function of Corporate Budgeting & Forecasting
4)Helping and assisting in month end activities - financial closing, Trial balance reconciliation, GL reconciliation, Variance analysis, Bank reconciliation.
5)Any other activity/responsibility as instructed by the reporting manager given the need at hand |
