| Job Description: |
- Monitor Daily LOP & LNP backlog reports and resolve challenges.
- Maintain follow up with cross functional teams (FM, LM, WH, VOPS, Transport)
- Ensure all processes are completed within SLA, challenges should be reported to LM
- Must have knowledge of DEXSORTS.O. P– (Hands on experience)
- Address operational issues on a timely manner and report escalations to line manager
- Receive the customer return, failed delivery packages and send them to their destination as per SOP.
- Proven experience of supervising large ground headcount.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Ensure on-ground vigilance.
- Should be able to perform under pressure.
