Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager Accounts for our Accounts team.

The ideal candidate should have expertise Accounts and Finance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Accounts department, providing financial information to the management team, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Accounts department, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, including but not limited to journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, and cash management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting standards and regulations
  • Provide financial information and analysis to the management team, supporting business decision-making processes
  • .Manage the order management process, including sales/purchases, advance prices, and inventory management.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the landed cost management process, including customs duties, freight charges, and other expenses associated with importing and exporting goods.
  • Implement and manage quality control processes, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial information and compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
  • Manage the assets management process, including fixed asset accounting and depreciation calculations.
  • Oversee the order to cash and procurement to pay processes, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of customer and vendor invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Provide expert knowledge and advice on procurement processes, including woven fabric knowledge.
  • Manage Excel data activities, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial information
  • .Provide strong textile understanding and knowledge of woven cloth business process and flow.

Qualifications:

  • MBA / M.Com / ACCA / CA Finalist / ACMA or Bachelor`s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
