Eximpo Cool Chains (Pvt.) Ltd. a leading cold storage division of Star Textile Mills is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor for its cold storage based in Karachi.

Job Summary:

• Ensure proper maintenance is conducted on machines like Ammonia Refrigeration plant, MHE’s, all other equipment related to facility maintenance Sandwich panels, racking, Refrigerated doors etc.
• Have sound knowledge of Ammonia Refrigeration systems from design to installation to maintenance
• Identify spare parts requirement its ordering, negotiations and control/log for breakdowns and preventive maintenance
• Identify and implement cost cutting plans for refrigeration system and overall facility maintenance areas
• Perform effective diagnosis of breakdowns and timely repair of equipment to maximize availability
• Ensure an effective interface with other departmental staff is maintained
• Provide technical expertise to the team Control and organize the team’s daily work schedule to achieve targets set
• Motivate and coach the team to operational success

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum DAE in Refrigeration, Electrical or Mechanical with 7-8 years of Field Experience
