Job Description:

Job Summary:

Be the single point of contact and product expert for the Group’s sales management system  to drive improvements in agent on-boarding and positive impact on sales efficiency.

Role Details: 

  • Works closely with the sales teams across the regions to address improvements areas and  any changes needed in the sales management system
  • Act as the day-to-day contact with the sales management system vendors eg. Monday/DocuGen/Scrive. 
  • Identifies and champions opportunities within the Group to expand the functionality and  adoption of the sales management system.  
  • Day to day management of the sales management boards – providing support to the local  super users when necessary. 
  • Responsible for facilitating / delivering training and webinars to users of the system and  creates/updating user guides / training documentation as required. 
  • Generates regular Management Information (MI) Reporting / KPI Metrics from the sales  management system and translates data analysis into usable dashboards and actionable  plans to improve sales and agent onboarding efficiency.

Person Specification:

  • Demonstrable success in guiding businesses to better results using Monday.com or a  similar Sales Management tool.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to articulate the results of the analysis in a simple,  compelling way. 
  • A Monday.com superuser or similar sales management systems, with an understanding of  how the product can be leveraged to deliver further benefits to the business, such as CRM, a Project Management tool and Document Management would be beneficial. 
  • Ability to speak another language such as Spanish, French or German would be beneficial
  • Experience of / be comfortable working collaboratively with international teams with  flexibility to work across different time zones.
  • Strong communication skills
