Job Description:

· Ensure timely maintenance & repair of all sanitary fixtures and electrical fixtures/wiring/appliances.

· Ensure judicious utilization of Facility’s staff and resources.

· Supervise work of contractors as per direction/contract.

· Carry out general and master maintenance of all buildings.

· Implement HSE standards in all works/contracts.

· Ensure top class housekeeping.

· Ensure timely closure of all raised Near Misses/Unsafe Conditions.

Required Skills:

•Technical knowledge related to facilities management
