· Implement and continuously refine the Human Resources policies of the company.
· Liaise between top management and all employees.

· Plan and design compensation and benefits package.
· Plan, design and execute training and development needs of the organization.
· Preparation of Staff Payroll.
· Maintain all personnel records, e.g. resumes, training records, employee benefit records, etc.
· Assist top management in refining job roles and requirements.
· Maintaining attendance & leave records.
· Help enhance inter-personnel communication, management skills and responsiveness among all employees.
· Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
· Strategic planning, complex problem resolution and general management expertise.
· High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player.
· Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborate partnerships and provide thought leadership.
