JOB DESCRIPTION
- Set overall artistic vision and drive design by using creative expertise to interpret ideas and deliver tangible products
- Maintain and ensure brand consistency, including transformation over time
- Prioritize project requests based on deliverable needs, requirements and timelines
- Direct project lifecycle from initial conceptualization through every aspect of delivery
- Manage multiple concurrent projects without compromising quality or deadlines with minimal supervision
- Assist in managing and developing relationships with agencies to enhance external project execution and delivery
SKILLS
- Be an out of the box thinker
- Knowledge aptitude in social media including Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and an ability to maintain multiple project deadlines a must
- Stays current with newest trends and developments in graphic design, illustration, photography, and advertising
- Willingness to work extended hours with project and event demand
