Job Description

Experienced candidates needed for Inbound US ENERGY (Electricity & Gas) for Night Shift.

Timmings:- 8PM to 5AM (Monday to Friday)

Job Role: Receiving Inbound calls from customers regarding electricity & Gas.Providing complete relevant information correctly and selling the relevant Electricity and Gas plans.

Qualifications: A Levels/Any Graduate (No minimum qualification cap for 6Months+ experienced candidates)

Salary Increment after 11 months

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Candidate with Excellent Communication Skill.

2. Candidate with at least 1year experience in outbound/inbound US Electricity Campaign can apply for Inbound Energy Campaign.

3. Candidate must know how to close their own call and must know how to close sales including TPV.
