Job Description:

A reliable accounts officer having a bachelors degree in commerce who can document financial transactions by entering accounts related information.

Secures financial information on revenue and expenses by completing data base backups. Actively collect revenues and follow up on delinquent accounts. By preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. To Document financial transactions by entering account information. Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options. Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

A strong sense of integrity to perform financial functions related to the collection, accuracy, recording, analysis and presentation of the company's financial operations. Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices

Update records of revenues, expenses and other financial data. Carry out internal audits Track stocks of office Equipment, stationary and supplies reorders etc.

A high level of commitment, punctuality, and drive for results is expected. To know that diligence should be second nature to him/her and not something he/she need to be constantly reminded of. Accomplishes daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual report preferably in a presentation format.
