1. Assisting in agency coordination for media releases.
2. Assisting in Media/Press Coverage for important events and activities with significant news value and maintaining active liaison with the Press.
3. Maintaining an up-to-date archive of all photographs covering various SZABIST events.
4. Write-ups / Proofreading;
- SZABIST brochures, pamphlets, and copywriting for promotional material
- SZABIST publications
-All other writing assignments, such as letters, memos, etc.
5. Media monitoring of newspapers.
6. Assisting in brand management and development activities.
7. Assisting in taking measures for marketing intelligence and carrying out competitive analysis with competitors.
8. Promoting SZABIST on social media, managing marketing page on Facebook, developing and managing SZABIST page on Twitter.
9. Assisting in planning and managing events for SZABIST.
a. Internal events (Convocations, Orientations, Alumni Reunions), External events (Brand activation / managing in Student Expos, Seminars), Department Specific Events (IRC, NRC, Job Fairs, Corporate Finesse), Other events (Speaker Sessions, Workshops)
b. Communicating effectively with sponsors to establish goodwill.
c. Monitoring and managing on-campus/event shoots, brand activations, etc.
d. Visiting vendors/service providers for SZABIST.
10. Participating in university advancement activities i.e., orientation, convocation, conferences etc.
