| Job Description: |
- Collect and record student fees accurately
- Call students or parents for fee recovery
- Ensure students are not promoted to the next semester without proper approvals.
- Maintain petty cash and ensure it is accounted for.
- Track petty cash usage

- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Provide necessary data and explanations for audits.
- Implement corrective actions based on audit findings
- Assist with bank reconciliations
- Address any related tasks assigned by the Director or Principal.
- Enter data for new and old students and faculty members accurately
- Maintain daily records of incoming cash and expenses
- Generate semester/class-wise outstanding reports
- Ensure timely reconciliation of bank statements.
- Prepare monthly income and expense reports
- Generate monthly student outstanding reports
- Prepare accurate financial statements for internal use and audits.
