We seek a Business Development Manager to grow our U.S. medical billing and RCM services. Candidates should have experience in healthcare BPO or U.S. medical billing sales. Strong sales skills and knowledge of RCM workflows are essential.

Key Responsibilities

The role is responsible for the following key activities and reports directly to the Managing Director:

• Business Development & Sales by targeting clinics and healthcare providers for billing services across United States.

• Highlight market gaps, explore and create opportunities by using all modes of communication at your disposal.

• Tailor bespoke proposals by understanding specific client needs, lead demos, and close deals.

• Manage client expectations, collaborate with the wider team and ensure smooth client onboarding.

• Provide weekly reports on sales performance and revenue projections.

• Document meeting minutes with internal and external stakeholders as per the organization policy.

• Be responsible for, guide, train and provide constructive feedback to your direct report.

Skills Requirement

• Proven and verifiable track record of Business Development and Sales in US Medical and Billing sector.

• Excellent understanding of billing platforms, CRM tools, MS Office Suite and U.S. healthcare rules such as HIPAA.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent attention to detail.

• Accountable, self-motivated, take initiative, proven leadership record and ability to work under pressure.
