Job Description:

This team member must have a solid understanding of the entire Digital Marketing ecosystem and the relationships that all channels have with one another. More specifically, you must have in-depth experience optimizing the Google Ads Platform. You can optimize the account for the industry's best cost per conversion while taking care of tracking.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Development and execution of digital advertising strategies to achieve our marketing objectives.

  • Collaborating with the leadership team on marketing and advertising strategy and execution.

  • Supporting and mentoring a team of Digital Advertising Specialists to ensure high levels of performance and professional growth.

  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to align advertising strategies with overall marketing goals and company initiatives.

  • Analyzing advertising performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization and growth.

  • Implementing and managing paid advertising strategies for clients assigned by your senior manager.

  • Identify problems and deficiencies, implement solutions promptly, and suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization.

  • Understand the client's industry and set an agenda for monthly client meetings.

  • Research and present the Digital Marketing plan to clients.

  • Collaborate & share research with team members for Ad copy, Graphic design, etc.

  • Collaborate & share research with the SEO team for keyword research and more to implement the winning SEM strategy for each client.

  • Set up new campaigns, track and perform daily/weekly/monthly ad account management tasks on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, etc.

  • Maintenance and monitoring of keywords bids, quality score, CTR, impression share, avg. position, and other important account metrics.

  • Identify performance targets, project milestones, resource needs, etc.

  • Monitor the overall performance of paid search efforts and report key indicators to the clients and your superiors in the company.

  • Top-to-bottom management of paid search campaigns, generate reports, i.e., overall campaign performance report, Ad group performance report, keywords performance report, and location targeting report on a weekly/monthly basis.

  • Monitor Google Analytics' key tools to analyze which areas are essential for achieving clients' goals.

  • Review client websites and landing pages, fully understand their business models and marketing objectives, and then translate them into PPC strategy and action plans.

  • Prepare and review keywords & negative keywords list, and share the competitor research report with the content team to help write ad copies according to the relevancy of landing pages.

  • Work on different bid strategies employed at the campaign, ad group, & keyword levels.

  • Analyze campaigns and provide actionable optimization recommendations.

  • Performance Max Campaigns Strategy Diversification – diversify targeting methods like contextual targeting, remarketing, placement targeting, topic targeting, etc.

  • Set up and recommend re-marketing campaigns.

  • Integrate third-party online call-tracking software for conversion analytics.

  • Create Conversion Tracking for all client campaigns and monitor the conversion rate.

  • Set up events for the website's different sections to analyze users’ behavior.

  • Stay updated with new trends and discover opportunities to boost our clients' conversions, revenue, and sales.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

  • Any other task assigned by the management.

Required Experience and Expertise:
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads & Bing Ads with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.

  • 5+ years of experience with planning and implementing a successful Paid Search and Paid Social strategy.

  • 4+ years of experience in web analytics, marketing, tracking, and business development.

  • Top-to-bottom management & execution of paid ads campaigns.

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, P-Max campaigns, conversion tracking, and CTR.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Technical Skills:
  • Expert proficiency with Google Sheets, Docs, Excel, and various Office Tools.

  • Expert in research on Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other resources for campaign planning.

  • Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics.

  • Build sophisticated reporting frameworks using GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, etc.

  • Analytical & problem-solving skills.

  • Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Stay on top of platform changes, privacy regulations, and performance trends.

  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for internal and client use.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Strategy and Ownership:
  • Directly manage and mentor a team of paid media professionals and assistant managers.

  • Conduct performance reviews, skill gap assessments, and training sessions.

  • Ensure the team adheres to performance standards, deadlines, and campaign best practices.

  • Serve as a strategic partner to clients and lead weekly/monthly performance reviews.

  • Take complete ownership of your performance, ensuring a direct impact on client business outcomes through strategic actions.
