We are a fast-growing digital media brand creating content for YouTube, Instagram, and other social platforms. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer who is confident using both traditional design tools and modern AI-based platforms to craft standout digital visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching social media posts, thumbnails, ads, and banners

• Create visuals using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator

• Utilize AI image generation tools (like Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.) to enhance creative output

• Adapt content for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)

• Follow visual brand guidelines while adding original creative flair

• Collaborate with our content team to deliver timely assets for campaigns

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator

• Familiarity with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Leonardo.Ai, DALL·E, etc.)

• A solid portfolio showcasing your design work (especially for social media)

• Understanding of design trends, colors, fonts, and layout principles

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage feedback professionally

 Preferred (Not Required) Skills:

• Some knowledge of brand kits, templates, and content repurposing

• Bonus: Familiarity with design for ads (Facebook/Instagram/Google)

Salary / Compensation:

• Based on experience and working arrangement:

  • Retainer: Monthly Package

  • Part-Time: PKR 40,000 – 60,000/month

• Performance-based bonuses for creative excellence
